We have been using their tax preparation service for more than seven years (from out of state) upon the recommendation of our parents who have used them for ten plus years. We will never use them again and will stop recommending them to others. They made a simple mistake on our filing which is one thing, but what's worse is that they refused to correct the mistake and were instead defensive, lazy, and rude when we called to resolve. When my spouse called Diana Zapatelli to resolve, her words were "here's the number to call, if you want your refund figure it out yourself." She then hung up the phone. Yes, she hung up the phone on a customer. Insane. My spouse and I work in service related industries (law and financial services) and this is the worst customer service we've ever received. Disappointed.
I have worked with Zappitelli for years for my business and personal taxes - I cannot say enough great things! I trust them implicitly and they are always on top of changes and new ways I can take advantage and save money. Josephine was my initial contact 10 or so years ago but I have worked with the entire team at this point and HIGHLY recommend them!
